If your workload always is to big, maybe you need to talk to your boss. But it’s normal to have a lot to do from time to time.
Everything is a matter of habits. Not only in the office, but also at home. Instead of staying all weekend in bed … Take the time to go for a walk, fix the garden, hang out with friends and do everything you cannot do from Monday to Friday for lack of time!
It may seem a somewhat controversial advice … but it is necessary! Yes, because to overcome laziness we must be as rested as possible.
If you sleep well every night you will have less chance of falling asleep in the middle of the day or desperately wanting a bed to lie on as soon as you get home.
